Your emails are backed up directly from Microsoft, protecting you from accidental deletion
Easy to Restore
When restoring deleted emails, a folder is created with the email in it within Outlook, allowing you to move the message back to the folder it was deleted from.
OneDrive
The service also back up your OneDrive, Snapshots are taken and stored for 3 years.
Shared Mailbox Protection
