Why This Matters

Why Check Your Microsoft 365 Setup?

Microsoft 365 is powerful, but security depends on how your tenant, users, devices and data controls are configured. Small gaps can create unnecessary risk without being obvious day to day.

🔐

Identity & MFA

Check whether users and administrators have the right authentication methods and whether weaker sign-in options are creating avoidable risk.

🛡️

Devices & Protection

Review whether laptops, desktops and mobile devices are properly protected, managed and aligned with your Microsoft 365 security setup.

📁

Data, Sharing & Backup

Identify whether OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams sharing controls, backup arrangements and recovery planning are giving your business enough protection.

£

Licensing & Configuration

Check whether you are paying for the right licences and whether the security capabilities already included in your subscription are actually being used.

The assessment is designed for business owners and managers as well as technical users. You do not need to know your Microsoft 365 configuration in detail to complete it.
