Remote Monitoring & Management
The KES RMM, manages and monitors the system, it provides KES with visibility of the device, allowing us to see, if the Antivirus is running, if the device needs patching, if 3rd party applications are up to date, such as Adobe Acrobat, Chrome, Firefox. It tells us if there are hardware issues, so we can remotely and silently run remediative actions. Should we need to take over the computer to run these actions, we will contact the user prior, to ensure privacy and that we do not interupt the user in the middle of something.
Patch Management is included with this package, Windows Updates are managed by the RMM system to ensure the security of your endpoints.
